Ahmad has over 10 years of experience in training. He is a certified trainer from The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). He is specialized in developing and delivering soft skills' training programs in both English & Arabic targeted towards employees and youth as well.

Ahmad adopts the Gamification concept in his training workshops. It is a theme which uses game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts to gain participants’ full engagement in the workshop. Gamification workshops have been conducted for many of Alliance clients and the outcome from applying this concept in the workshops was amazing and highly recommended for next courses.
